The Eco5 is a food dehydration appliance that can reduce food waste by up to 90%. This quiet, compact and sustainable unit is easy to use and is ideally suited for households, offices, schools, cafes and restaurants.

We had the opportunity to sit down with Jessie Edwards, a Kinder Educator at Pentland, to learn more about their experience using the Eco 5 and its positive impact on both the children and the environment.
